Q. Will the storefront work on mobile devices?

We plan responsive layouts and test the agreed pages on desktop and mobile. Device coverage, interactions, and any third-party app limitations are reviewed as part of the project.

Q. How do you approach user experience?

We organise navigation, product information, and the buying journey around customer needs. The aim is to make key actions clearer; conversion improvements should be measured rather than guaranteed.

Q. Can the design reflect our brand?

Yes. We can adapt colours, typography, components, and page layouts to your brand guidelines and target audience. The agreed design scope determines what is included.

Q. What is Hydrogen?

Hydrogen is Shopify's supported headless stack built on React Router. It provides commerce tooling for a custom storefront connected to Shopify, with Oxygen available for hosting.

Q. How does Hydrogen differ from a Shopify theme?

A Shopify theme uses Liquid within the Online Store architecture. A Hydrogen storefront has a separate frontend, giving more control but also adding development and maintenance responsibilities. Choose around your requirements, not an assumption that headless is always better.

Q. Can you improve storefront performance?

We can audit images, scripts, theme code, and app behaviour, then prioritise measurable improvements. Results depend on the existing implementation and third-party services; we do not guarantee a score or search ranking.

Q. Do you offer fixed website packages?

We quote against an agreed scope rather than assuming every store needs the same package. Design requirements, page templates, integrations, testing, and handover all affect the estimate.

Q. Can Shopify support a B2B business?

Yes, subject to your requirements and the features available on the selected plan. Assess company accounts, catalogues, pricing, payment terms, ordering, and integrations before choosing an approach. B2B needs more than a different visual design.

Q. Are development fees separate from ongoing costs?

The project quote defines development fees and payment milestones. Shopify subscriptions, paid themes, apps, and payment-provider charges are separate unless explicitly included. Ongoing maintenance or new features can be scoped separately.

Q. How are additional features priced?

We review the requested behaviour, dependencies, and testing requirements before quoting. Changes to an existing project are agreed before work starts, including their effect on cost and delivery dates.
