Shopify B2B Wholesale: Accounts, Quotes, and Order QA

Published: Editorial review: 2026-08-15

Shopify B2B can structure business customers, catalogs, prices, terms, and orders, but it does not automatically fit every wholesale workflow. Industrial or complex wholesale requires company accounts, contact roles, MOQ, tier pricing, quotes, approvals, tax, lead time, and aftercare and should separate eligibility from normal DTC checkout.

B2B master data and trade

Record company, location, contact, credit terms, price list, currency, tax ID, ship-to address, and approver. Product pages should state specification, pack, MOQ, lead time, and substitutes. Preserve quote and approval versions when converting to order. Stockout, payment failure, credit limit, partial fulfilment, and return require escalation; wholesale price is not a public price for every visitor.

Name Shopify B2B, wholesale, quotes, and cross-border order governance. FAQs answer company account, MOQ, pricing, terms, tax ID, approval, and returns. Link to Shopify B2B and Shopify Plus and state plan and market differences; do not claim every plan supports the same flow.
